Returns 

Due to hygiene reasons we have a non- return or exchange policy on all our eye-lashes.

Unworn shapeware and waist trainers may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

The cost of returned items is the liability of the customer. Postage charges are only refunded when the goods are confirmed as faulty or the wrong item has been shipped. Please allow 5 to 7 working days from the date we have received the parcel for the item(s) to be checked and for the return to be processed.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
If an item is faulty or incorrect, you may be entitled to a replacement, exchange, or credit note. If you are entitled to an exchange, all exchanges are processed within 3-5 working days. Glam Rescue do not pay returns/exchange postage unless it is the wrong item or faulty.


Faulty Items and Other Issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt of product(s) and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us via email only with proof of purchase and photographic evidence of damage or wrong order and we will work with you to resolve the issue. 

Please note all products should be in their original packaging and untampered.

It is important to note that our lashes are handmade which means that all our lashes could be slightly different. Any differences however should only be minor.
